Befinetour Project Teams Gathered in Parma – Advancing Joint Work Toward the Spring Test Mobility

The Befinetour project teams from Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and Finland gathered in Parma on 27–28 January 2026 to work together on the next phases of the project. The meeting provided an opportunity to deepen the development of the course’s pedagogical content, refine plans for cooperation with tourism companies, and ensure the smooth implementation of the upcoming spring test mobility. Over the course of the two intensive days, participants gained a clearer shared understanding of how the different parts of the project are progressing and how they support one another.

First Day

The first day of the meeting focused on developing the competence framework and the course content. During the discussions, particular attention was given to the themes that form the theoretical foundation of the course, such as digital skills, nudging, and sustainable tourism. The group also reviewed questions related to the course structure and the ways in which different areas of competence connect. Small‑group work throughout the day helped to refine the focus of the course and shape the next version of the content. At the same time, the teams ensured that material production is progressing consistently and that the course will form a coherent whole.

On the second day, attention shifted to the practical implementation of the test mobility. The participants  examined the structures needed to give students sufficient time to familiarise themselves with the challenges and work in a project‑based manner. The role of cooperation with companies was highlighted as a central element of the mobility. The test mobility will take place as a five‑day programme from 20 to 24 April in Pamplona, Spain.

Second Day

At this stage, the project is focusing intensively on preparing the spring test mobility. More information about its structure, learning components and practical arrangements will be shared later as planning progresses and details are finalised. The Parma meeting created a solid foundation and a clear shared direction for these preparations, ensuring that the project continues to move forward effectively toward its next steps.
